DataBoost

DataBoost is an information technology company that offers business intelligence, ERP, CRM software, and hosting services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Web Hosting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DataBoost is based in Modesto, California. You can read more at databoost.com.
