Database Republic

Database Republic is a technical consulting company that focuses on business modeling, system integration, and re-engineering processes. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Consulting and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Database Republic is based in Oregon House, California. Their site is databaserepublic.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
