Data Systems Analysts

Data Systems Analysts is an IT consulting company that provides secure information sharing solutions to government and industry customers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Aerospace, Information Services and Public Safety, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Data Systems Analysts is based in Feasterville Trevose, Pennsylvania and founded in 1963. Their site is dsainc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Data Systems Analysts, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
