Data Ninjas

Data Ninjas specializes in commercial technology with cabling, video surveillance, card access, telephone systems, audio and video services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Data Ninjas is based in Fort Myers, Florida and founded in 2014. You can read more at dninjas.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Data Ninjas well, your review carries weight here.
