Data Link Information Services

Data Link Information Services is an information technology company that provides POS and bookkeeping systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Bookkeeping and Payroll and Point of Sale, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Data Link Information Services is based in Decatur, Texas. More on datalinkis.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
