Data Excellence

DATAEXC is an information technology company that provides data clearance, reporting services, and targeted forecasting. That is the short version of Data Excellence. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Data Excellence is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at dataexc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Data Excellence well, your review carries weight here.
