Data Basin

Data Basin offers a mapping and analysis platform for environmental research and stewardship. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, Mapping Services and Market Research, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Data Basin is based in Corvallis, Oregon. More on databasin.org.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Data Basin well, your review carries weight here.
