Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Business Intelligence and Data Collection and Labeling. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
