Darkroom Software

Darkroom Software LLC - Shoot and Sell! Darkroom Software LLC provides workflow software for professional photographers. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Darkroom Software is based in Dallas, Texas. Their site is darkroomsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Darkroom Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
