Dakota Business Solutions

Dakota Business Solutions is a mail technology company that sells HD office printers, paper shredders, and software. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Printing and Wholesale, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dakota Business Solutions is based in Mandan, North Dakota. You can read more at dbsbusiness.net.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
