Cynapse

Cynapse is a software company that offers video intelligence, AI, and analytics services. The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

It makes the most sense for companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cynapse is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. You can read more at cynapse.ai.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Cynapse, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
