CyByte Inc.

CyByte is a leading provider of Business Intelligence, Mobile & Enterprise software solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence, Data Integration and Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CyByte Inc. is based in Wexford, Pennsylvania and around since 2011. You can read more at cybyte.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with CyByte Inc., tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
