Cyberlocke

Cyberlocke is an IT firm that provides cloud, cybersecurity, virtualization, networking, and disaster recovery services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cyberlocke is based in Plano, Texas and around since 2019. Their site is cyberlockeserv.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Cyberlocke well, your review carries weight here.
