Cyber Cerebs

Cyber Cerebs is a technology company that provides web and app development, SEO, and SMO services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Mobile Apps, SEO, Web Design and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cyber Cerebs is based in Stamford, Connecticut. More on cybercerebs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Cyber Cerebs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
