CXForward

CXForward works in digital marketing agencies, which is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team. They have not published a longer description, so we lean on what their category usually involves.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Business Development, Consulting, Digital Marketing and Machine Learning, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

CXForward is based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Their site is cxforward.com.

Our checklist for this category: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know CXForward well, your review carries weight here.
