Customware

Customware is an IT company that offers software development, hardware installation, and consulting to businesses. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, Consulting and iOS. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Customware is based in Frankfort, Kentucky and founded in 1985. You can read more at customwareinc.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Customware, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
