CustomGPT.ai

CustomGPT provides chatGPT-style chatbots to enterprise businesses and individuals to create content with AI and ChatGPT and has RAG APIs. Put simply, it is about answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

Who is it for? Mostly support teams with high volume. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot, Content Creators and Machine Learning. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
