Custom Data Systems

Custom Data Systems expertise in providing association management software and database services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Custom Data Systems is based in Glen Allen, Virginia. You can read more at cds-am.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Custom Data Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
