Current Labs

Current Labs built products like FishBit which monitors key water parameters and controls aquarium equipment & automate your aquarium. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Internet of Things and Water Purification. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Current Labs is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2014. More on getfishbit.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Current Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
