CT Suite is already a-inclusive system that allows your communications center to proceed easily and save time. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Cloud Management, CMS, CRM and Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
