CSA Software

CSA Software offers freight forwarding and logistics software solutions. Put simply, it is about planning and tracking goods from supplier to customer.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and distributors. Related areas on their profile: Freight Service and Logistics. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CSA Software is based in Livonia, Michigan. More on csasoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: supplier portals, forecasting, and ERP integration. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CSA Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
