Crown Enterprises

Crown Enterprises is an IT company specializing in technology consultancy and management solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Crown Enterprises is based in Stockton, California and around since 2010. More on ce-technology.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Crown Enterprises well, your review carries weight here.
