Critical Links

Critical Links provides networking and communication equipment for use in the small and medium enterprise IT infrastructure and for schools. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Charter Schools, EdTech and Education. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Critical Links is based in Fairfield, New Jersey. More on critical-links.com.

Before you commit, look at content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Critical Links, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
