Crescent Multimedia Solutions

Crescent Multimedia Solutions provides commercial audio-visual solutions, integration, AV design and support services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Audio and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Crescent Multimedia Solutions is based in Jefferson, Louisiana and around since 2004. More on crescentmms.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Crescent Multimedia Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
