Creative EMS

Creative EMS is a software development firm. They design solutions that create order out of the inherent chaos and more. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Billing, Developer APIs and Medical. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Creative EMS is based in Brooklyn, New York. You can read more at creativeemssolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
