CreateMyCookbook

CreateMyCookbook offers a web design service that allows users to create their own cookbooks for personal use, sale, and fundraisers. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce and Internet of Things. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CreateMyCookbook is based in Atlanta, Georgia and founded in 2007. Their site is createmycookbook.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
