cre8

Cre8 is a CMS and web app development firm located in Chicago. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list CMS and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

cre8 is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is cre8.agency.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know cre8 well, your review carries weight here.
