Cratchit.org

Cratchit.org offers website development and IT project management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Cratchit.org is based in Union, South Carolina and around since 2001. More on cratchit.org.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Cratchit.org, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
