Craig Safety Technologies

Craig Safety is an IT company that provides accountability, safety and risk management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Compliance, Consulting and Training. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Craig Safety Technologies is based in Kansas City, Missouri and founded in 1998. Their site is craigsafetytechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Craig Safety Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
