Crafted

Balanced Team software development consultancy. That is the short version of Crafted. The job it does: collecting feedback, prioritizing features and sharing roadmaps.

The natural audience is product managers. They also list Consulting, Product Design, Product Management, Software Engineering and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Crafted is based in Denver, Colorado. More on crafted.solutions.

Before you commit, look at integrations with dev tools and how customers submit ideas. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Crafted well, your review carries weight here.
