Cquent Systems

Cquent Systems offers custom IT development, process management design, business process re-engineering, and consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Cquent Systems is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Their site is cquentsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Cquent Systems well, your review carries weight here.
