CPP Associates

CPP Associates provides data storage, data protection, and data movement services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Data Center, Data Integration and Data Storage, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CPP Associates is based in Clinton, New Jersey and around since 2010. You can read more at cppassociates.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know CPP Associates well, your review carries weight here.
