Covalent Resource Group

Covalent Resource Group specializes in software development, technical recruiting and IT professional services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Professional Services and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Covalent Resource Group is based in Mount Clemens, Michigan. You can read more at covalentrg.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
