CoupSmart

CoupSmart is a innovator in social and digital marketing solutions through their Smart Social Coupon and Facebook app platform. In practice that means scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. Related areas on their profile: Advertising, Coupons, E-Commerce, iOS and Loyalty Programs. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CoupSmart is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their site is coupsmart.com.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with CoupSmart, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
