CougarCS

CougarCS is a computer science organization at the university of Houston that hosts technology discussions, workshops, and learning events. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. They also list Education, Events, Training and Tutoring, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

CougarCS is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at cougarcs.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
