Cosmotronics

Cosmotronics offers IT services, network integration, custom servers, and retail of computer hardware and software. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management, SEO and VoIP. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cosmotronics is based in Dobbs Ferry, New York and around since 1981. Their site is cosmotronics.com.

Our checklist for this category: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Cosmotronics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
