CoreTech

CoreTech LLC offers consulting services for enterprise-scale IT solutions, leveraging technologies like Endeca, Oracle, and Java. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Training. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CoreTech is based in Chantilly, Virginia and around since 2017. More on enterprisecoretech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
