Core Services Group

Core Services Group, LLC is a professional services organization specializing in ERP implementation. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Information Services. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Core Services Group is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and founded in 2000. You can read more at coreservicesgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Core Services Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
