Core Computer Consulting

Core Computer Consulting provides installation, setup, troubleshooting, and systems management designed to keep home or office computers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Domain Registrar, Email, File Sharing and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Core Computer Consulting is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You can read more at corecomputeronline.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
