Cool Lumens

Cool Lumens develops LED lighting solutions for industrial and commercial environments. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cool Lumens is based in Santa Cruz, California. Their site is coollumens.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Cool Lumens, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
