Convasis

Convasis is a technology consulting firm that offers software solutions to small entrepreneurial companies and large businesses. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Convasis is based in Boston, Massachusetts. You can read more at convasis.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Convasis, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
