ControlTheory

ControlTheory offers an observability control platform to help organizations manage and optimize their observability processes. Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. They also list Analytics and Cloud Computing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ControlTheory is based in Austin, Texas. Their site is controltheory.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ControlTheory well, your review carries weight here.
