ControlSoft

ControlSoft provides Process Control Solutions and Services including CLPM and PID loop tuning using field-proven results. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics, Electronics and Industrial Automation. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ControlSoft is based in Highland, Ohio. Their site is controlsoftinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ControlSoft well, your review carries weight here.
