Control Pak

Control Pak is a consultation, planners, cost managers, and project managers firm. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Career Planning, Events and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Control Pak is based in Baytown, Texas. Their site is control-pak.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Control Pak, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
