Contractor Hero

Contractor Hero offers websites, marketing plans, and customer service support to its clients. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Advertising, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Contractor Hero is based in Portland, Oregon. More on contractorhero.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Contractor Hero, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
