Continental Utility Solutions

Continental Utility Solutions is a computer software company specializing in billing software solutions. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Continental Utility Solutions is based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Their site is cusi.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Continental Utility Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
