Context Labs

Context labs is a provider of innovative consulting, technology, and outsourcing services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Outsourcing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Context Labs is based in New York, New York and around since 2012. Their site is contextlabs.in.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Context Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
