Connection

Connection is a solutions provider that connects people with technology to enhance growth, elevate productivity, and empower innovation. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Connection is based in Merrimack, New Hampshire and around since 1982. Their site is connection.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Connection well, your review carries weight here.
