Computer Success

Computer Success offers IT services like computer and network support, server installation, and data backup. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Wireless. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Computer Success is based in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Their site is computersuccess.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
