Computer Studios

Computer Studios is an IT company that offers managed IT services, IT support, data backup, email protection and web development. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: IT Management, Technical Support and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Computer Studios is based in Soquel, California. Their site is computer-studios.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Computer Studios, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
